Namaste

Today I'm starting my 6-week journey of Ayurveda and Yoga for Body Awareness and Concsious Living.  Am hoping this is my last start on a journey to become more healthy, lose weight, and stop hurting. I'll be joining a group of about 8 women with whom I attend Yoga classes 2x a week. Our teacher Nancy is wonderful and I'm realy looking forward to this.
